To ensure availability, it is best to book 2–3 weeks prior, or 4–6 weeks ahead for private events and business outings particularly throughout the high season from May–September. This allows adequate time for personalization as well.
What's the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our primary concern is safety. If the captain decides the weather is too severe, we will propose a new date or return your payment in full. We keep an eye on the climate and will notify you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours before your departure.
Is it okay to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you're allowed to bring personal snacks and drinks. We also offer a range of catering services tailor-made to your taste. For safety measures, please avoid any glassware onboard.
Do you cater to individuals with limited mobility?

Could you explain your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable, except in the case of poor weather or mechanical difficulties initiated by our side.
